We make DC motor controllers for all levels of the electric material handling market. OEMs use our components in their equipment because ASI products can be used in a variety of material handling vehicles such as electric forklifts (including stand up, sit down and 3-wheeled) and electric pallet jacks.
We offer the highest power ranges available on the market which means that our motors run cooler, thereby increasing reliability and offering protection to the motor, battery and other electrical components. All of our DC motor controllers are made from factory-sealed, factory-serviceable anodized aluminum housing to ensure environmental protection. By offering fully integrated vehicle logic, we can customize an OEM's electric vehicle behavior dependent upon a specific application.

At ASI, we offer a variety of DC controllers for industrial automation applications that are designed for Series-based, Series Wound, Separately Excited or, most commonly, Permanent Magnet motors.
